The 54 dBu of first adjacent station would unfortunately interfere with the 60 dBu contour of the proposed upgrade. The FCC dismissed the application.

(GRANTED) On August 22nd in the year of our lord 2022, the American Militia Association, filed for a License to Cover the previous construction permit after successfully testing our new signal on 89.1 MHz. See it here.


(Cancelled) On February 7th in the year of our lord 2022, the American Militia Association, licensee of WHYU-LP, 102.3 MHz in Meyersdale PA, filed an application with the Federal Communications Commission for License Renewal.
